A. 簡介：
澳洲GTI（Global Talent Independent Program）傑出人才移民項目是澳州移民局于2019年11月推出的一步到位永居的移民簽證項目，隸屬于858傑出人才簽證下的一個特殊的快速審理類別，有特別規定GTI緊缺領域。該專案在2022-2023年移民配額有8448個，屬於澳洲移民局優先處理的移民專案。
B. 項目優勢：
1. 1步到位核准全家永居身份。
3.通過GTI傑出人才專案拿到永居身份，可定居澳洲各地。
4.屬于澳洲緊缺領域且在申請過程中已經獲得澳洲推薦人的推薦，更容易獲得
工作機會。

C. 申請條件：
1.年齡18-55歲。
2.不須專業評估，可免資金要求。
3.學歷無嚴格限制，大學、碩士、博士都可申請。
4.須有特出成就（近2年仍在該領域中），並有國際或澳洲認可。
5.具備的才能成就將來會對澳洲經濟社會帶來有利的影響。
6.須要有一位合格的推薦人，推薦人可以是澳洲相關機構組織、澳洲公民、澳洲
永居或者合格的紐西蘭公民，需要在申請人該領域有一定成就或者影響力的。
7.近1年內雅思overall 4.5或繳納語言費以豁免語言要求。
8.身體健康，無犯罪記錄。

D. 關鍵要求：
1.申請人的薪資水準滿足或者有能力滿足FWHIT (Fair Work High Income Threshold)的要求，即申請人當前的薪資已經達到或者將來有能力達到年薪AUD 162,000元。
2.須要從事的是GTI緊缺領域工作且有一定突出成就。
